In this tutorial, you will learn how to extract metadata from Facebook API.

Instructions

1. Add Fetch Facebook Ads node.
2. Add Select Facebook Ad Account Ids node.
3. Add Fetch Facebook Adset IDs node. Connect ad_account_ids sockets. Select the effective_status of adsets.
4. Add Fetch Facebook Adsets node. Connect adset_ids sockets.
5. Add Filter node.
6. Add Build Filter node. Select Facebook Adset schema. Build the filter criteria.
7. Connect adsets socket with items socket of the Filter node. Connect filters sockets.
8. Add Extract list node. Connect items with data_list.
9. Add Parse strings to ids node. Select Facebook Adset ID schema. Connect adset_ids to values. Connect result with adset_ids.
10. Connect ad_ids sockets of Fetch Facebook Ads and Fetch Facebook Adset Ad Ids nodes.
11. Add Append Google Spreadsheet Rows node.
12. Add Select Google Spreadsheet ID node. Select a spreadsheet. Connect spreadsheet_id, range sockets.
13. Add Map Any to Table Rows. Select Facebook Ad List schema in the mapping socket. Map JSON to columns that you want to export to a spreadsheet. Enable add_header socket if you need them.
14. Use Delay or Delay To node to run automation on repeat. Use Stop node for single-use automation.
